1) Remove screws

2) Drill out detent with 1/16" drill, sand the top of the case aournd the hole so the CA will adhere well.

3) After boring out 1/4" of the tubing with the appropriate drill (#60 for HS80, #56 for HS205), slide the tubing through the hole in the case. Before placing it over the idler gear shaft add a lubricant to the inside of the tubing.

4) Assemble the case, add a CA fillet then trim of the tubing with diagonal cutters.
